What is "ATC" pricing?
ATC pricing is the "Approximate Total Cost" to the customer - the total amount you can expect to pay for the door you want, complete and installed. But, why "approximate" cost? Why not "exact" cost like Secure-All does on security doors?
You see, when it comes to the Clopay product line, it is virtually impossible to generate an exact price list. The reason being is that Clopay offers literally hundreds, if not thousands of design, color and configuration combinations. Size and additional materials are also variables that will affect cost. At Secure-All, our ATC price includes an initial site visit by Chris (your installer) for measuring and evaluation. It is during this visit that we can determine a more exact cost based upon the size of your door and if any special materials are needed to perform the installation. If so, we will provide you with a revised quote.
Then, when your new doors are ready for installation, Chris will return to your home to remove and haul away your existing door. He'll install your brand new door including all new hardware (track, springs, rollers, hinges, etc.). Finally, he will either re-install your existing electric opener if it's still good, or install an amazing new door operator system if you opted for this at the time you ordered. All of this is included in Secure-All's ATC price.
